Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 normal working days of receiving them, this is not always possible when it is very busy.

Please note a company called Limbco Ltd., do our fulfilment and your delivery message will refer to your parcel from Limbco.

The postage charge for orders under 0.75kg is £3.75 for Royal Mail tracked 48 hour.

For orders up to 2kg the postage charge is £4.75 for Royal Mail tracked 48 hour.

For orders over 2kg the postage charge is £5.95 for a courier DHL/DPD.

Shipping is free for orders over £100 and will be sent by courier but you will need to select the free option.

Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning the item to explain why it doesn't meet your expectations. Returned packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries. We will refund any undamaged, unopened packs. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Ordering

Orders can be made via the web site or by e-mail. Do not send your card details in an e-mail we will call you for them.

Payment & Pricing

We accept online payment in a secure environment for credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. Please note we do not collect any information regarding credit/debit cards you are transferred to SagePay or PayPal's secure servers. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax at the current rate (VAT Registration number GB350649888). We reserve the right to change prices as shown on printed brochures and these will be shown on the website.

Viewing orders

If  you have registered on the web site you can view the status of your orders.

Updating account information

If you have registered on the web site you can update your account information (e.g. delivery address etc) by using the loging on link at the top of the page.

Our liability

We will not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations is prevented or restricted by any circumstance or cause beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for the use you make of the products you order. Which must be used as per recommended dosage instructions. To the extent not prohibited by law, we accept no liability for any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses). Nothing in this section or elsewhere in our Trading Terms affects your statutory legal rights.
